I absolutely loved the food. Pictured above is one of their staples known as Pho (pronounced as ‘fa’), a noodle soup with vegetables and meat for the non-vegetarians. The leaves that they give alongside are very aromatic and I was seeing them for the first time and the last.
A different version of the pho in Hoi An. I didn’t care for this one much, especially with the fried tofu on top.
