The Ubiquitous Umbrella

0

It rains sometimes here in Chengdu nowadays, making evenings pleasant and breezy. Since it’s very unpredictable I always carry my umbrella around with me. But

people, not just in Chengdu but everywhere in China, who use bicycles to get around have an ingenious idea to protect themselves. They just fix the umbrella to their cycle! Most bicycles here have a holder in front of the handlebar and the umbrella stays fixed there and people use it when it’s too sunny or when it rains. And when they don’t need it, it’s neatly folded and kept as you can see in the picture. Would love to have this in India for my bike!
