This was a popular sight in Vietnam, particularly in Ho Chi Minh. Singers walking down alleyways with a guitar and a complete speaker set to adjust the volume.
Loud enough to drill the tune in to you and low enough to make you like it. I had no clue what he was singing about. But it did make me smile. One of the many things in Vietnam that did.
